The web application serving NESCO UGM’s 2025 competition. My role here was Project Manager rather than lead developer, which changed the job considerably: leading a full-stack team, setting up CI/CD so delivery stayed clean and continuous, and mentoring senior developers on architecture and coding practice.
The codebase enforces TypeScript throughout — a deliberate call, and one the repository’s README argues for at some length. With several contributors moving quickly against a fixed competition date, type safety was less about correctness in the abstract and more about letting people read each other’s code without asking.
